Gambling Act 2005: Consultation on Temporary Use Notices

This consultation covers regulations in Part 9 of the Gambling Act 2005 - Temporary Use Notices.
These regulations will govern the process in which a premises, not usually licensed for the purposes of gambling, can be used for low level gambling for up to 21 days a year. Also attached are draft forms for comment. Draft regulations and a Regulatory Impact assessment will follow.
