Consultation for the Independent Review of BBC Online

On 23 August, the Secretary of State launched an independent review of BBC Online, to be led by Philip Graf. The BBC has submitted to the Secretary of State its own report on the performance of BBC Online against the commitments laid down when the service began. We are seeking the public's views on the BBC's online services (BBCi on the web).

This consultation is closed. The deadline was 17 November 2003.
